Start of the marathon? I think NOT

Semestral break is finally here, i’ve never really thought it will come so soon and it doesn’t really feel like a vacation at all. After all, I’ve already expected that within my 3 weeks vacation, i’d only do my daily routine.. sleep, eating, surfing the net (downloading ~) and watching anime. I’m hoping that i’d get to finish the video tutorial for Adobe Premiere Pro 2.0 and have a fresh start with Adobe Indesign CS2 since we’re going to have a Copyediting and Layouting Class next semester. Of course, i gotta prepare but knowing myself, I just hope that i won’t wake up one day realizing that it’s already the start of the Second Semester without being able to do what i’m supposed to do before school starts.

So well, i’m on a roll today, well.. not really. It’s yet another routine where… well.. you already know that. I’m happy that our internet connection today wasn’t as horrible as the past few days. During the past few days, our internet connection was quite out of hand, instead of trying to annoy the customer service and demand for a good stable connection (which doesn’t really happen very often), i just take my time without doing anything and just wait for it to come back. Well, it’s a good way to strengthen my patience, isn’t it? Well, it’s definitely working for me.

Since the connection’s quite good the past few hours, i’ve been trying to download some of the new anime series from the Autumn Releases. I haven’t had the time to watch most of the Summer Releases a few months ago so i’d definitely give it a go this time. Although I was quite disappointed with the animes these days, somehow it no longer feels like the animes that i used to watch a few years ago. If this goes on, perhaps, i can no longer see myself watching them in a few years. I’ve already watched 8 anime series released this Autumn namely Bamboo Blade, Blue Drop ~Tenshi-tachi no Gikyoku~, Clannad, Dragonaut – The Resonance , Mobile Suit Gundam 00 , Night Wizard, Rental Magica and You’re Under Arrest: Full Throttle. So far, with these titles, only Bamboo Blade, Clannad, and Gundam 00 (this is my first Gundam Series btw.) seems promising to me. Most of the Autumn Series i’ve seen were more like about magic, not that i dislike magical animes but it’s definitely not the kind of anime that can take my breath away. I’m planning to watch ef – a tale of memories, Goshuushou-sama Ninomiya-kun, Kimi-kiss ~ pure rouge and Kodomo no Jikan OVA (this isn’t exactly a Autumn release but a TV series was supposed to be out by Autumn but was rejected by a number of TV stations, somehow i was intrigued with the content as to why it was rejected too many times.) by tomorrow, I just hope it won’t be the same with all the others.

On the first day of a new school term, high school student Akane Motomiya, her classmate Tenma Morimura, and their underclass friend Shimon Nagareyama are sucked into a mysterious old well. When they awake, they are in Kyō another world that resembles Kyoto during the Heian Period. According to the young scion of the Star Clan Fujihime, Akane is the Ryūjin no Miko (Priestess of the Dragon God) who has come to save Kyō from the ambitions of the Oni Clan. In this task, Akane has the help of eight men known as the Hachiyō, and her friends Tenma and Shimon number among them.
