Canon EOS 450D / Digital Rebel XSi
I really hate it when a new improved version comes out, it makes me feel that my current one wasn’t good enough. Anyway, here comes Digital Rebel XSi initially priced with $799 for the body and $899 for the 18-55mm IS lens kit.

These improvements includes a twelve megapixel CMOS sensor, 3.0″ LCD monitor, Live View with both AF modes (contrast-detect and passive), 14-bit processing and RAW, spot metering, improved AF, 3.5 fps continuous shooting, a larger viewfinder, SD/SDHC storage and a new higher capacity battery. Doesn’t really look like it’s the time to upgrade my 400D but I couldn’t do it anyway since I’m only a student and only ask for support from my parents…

aaaww.. i feel the same way about my 400D. i wish i had waited longer, and saved a ‘lil more before buying it. aside from the larger lcd and the 12 megapix of the 450D, the ‘live view’ function is what i really envy. by the way, how’s your tamron lens? is it good? i am planning to buy an all around lens that isnt as expensive as the canon L series.
thanks for visiting my site. good day!
